rosemary-herbAll winter long, my rosemaries have not only been surviving but some have even been flowering!  Rosmarinus officinalis to give it its official name is well-known for its ability to help aid concentration and with memory loss.  It does this by improving blood circulation – it’s a stimulating herb (and so best avoided in pregnancy) and also a helpful digestive and anti-spasmodic, full of antioxidants and volatile oils which are anti-microbial.
